Another one of our recreation of the street food from India. I remember eating this chickpea curry with kulcha (a mildly leavened flatbread) outside of my college after class. I made this curry to remind myself of the adventures I used to go on and give my family and customers a taste of Indian street-food. To use simply empty your curry box into a pan, let it thaw and add your boiled chickpeas, bring to a boil and enjoy!
